Abstract:
This study examines the impact of people hiring practices on organizational performance, emphasizing the critical role of recruitment, selection, and job analysis in achieving strategic goals. Organizational performance is defined as the extent to which organizations meet their objectives through efficiency, effectiveness, and competitiveness. The study explores how effective hiring strategies influence key performance indicators such as productivity, market share, and revenue, while also considering the mediating role of organizational culture. The literature review highlights evolving recruitment methods, including digital platforms and diversity initiatives, and underscores the importance of aligning hiring practices with organizational goals. Despite existing insights, gaps remain regarding the specific effects of different hiring criteria on overall performance. Addressing these gaps can provide organizations with actionable knowledge to enhance talent acquisition, improve employee performance, and sustain competitive advantage in a complex business environment.
