Abstract:
:Subcapsular hematoma of the liver is a rare and serious complication of pregnancy, occurring in the context of preeclampsia associated with HELLP syndrome. It has a very high maternal and fetal morbidity and mortality, hence the importance of a rapid diagnosis even before the ruptured stage of the hematoma and adequate multidisciplinary management.
