Abstract:
This research identifies the financial stress and challenges faced by minimum wage earners in Sta. Ana Supermarkets. Conducting a mixed methods approach, results indicates that financial challenges first affect emotional state, performance in the workplace, and coping mechanisms. Participants highlighted insufficient income, debt burdens, food insecurity, and lowered job productivity as priority challenges. To resolve these challenges, a financial development plan is proposed, which includes income enhancement, financial literacy programs, and workplace wellness strategies. This research intended to improve financial stability and well-being of minimum wage earners and provides insights for future studies.
