Abstract:
In today's complex and uncertain entrepreneurial world, business success increasingly depends on the ability to harmoniously integrate the human dimension with performance requirements. Management, as a hybrid discipline combining science, technique, and art, offers a strategic response to contemporary challenges. This complexity is rooted in conceptual hybridity, drawing from diverse disciplinary fields such as economics, sociology, law, leadership, and administration, and mobilizing methodological, relational, and decision-making skills. The entrepreneurial mindset reflects a proactive attitude focused on innovation and risk-taking, which requires flexible and effective managerial support. The manager is thus neither a mere administrator nor an executor, but rather an artisan of reality, orchestrating available resources within a sustainable performance dynamic. Management analysis reveals that it transcends standardized competencies, requiring imagination, sensitivity, judgment, and adaptability. Its benefit lies in its ability to create meaning, unify teams, and foster autonomy, coherence, and accountability. Therefore, entrepreneurial performance depends less on what the manager knows than on who the manager is-shaped by a hybrid nature and an ability to combine scientific rigor, practical operations, and humanistic leadership. Hybrid management thus emerges as a central lever of effective entrepreneurship, driven by a clear vision and an adaptive organizational culture.
