Abstract:
Digital communities drive the increasing demand for computing and energy [1], Over the past fifty years, the digital age has heavily relied on hardware improvements to meet this demand, and as microchips approach their physical limits, optimizing the code they run on becomes critical, especially for algorithms that execute trillions of times each day. Sorting algorithms are fundamental tools used by computers around the world continuously [2]. By improving these algorithms with artificial intelligence (AI), the efficiency and accuracy of sorting vast amounts of data can be enhanced, offering better scalability. This paper explores the role of AI in improving sorting techniques by leveraging AI, to achieve faster and more efficient data management, and how AI techniques can address the limitations of traditional sorting.
