Abstract:
Mental revolution is a policy strategy to form character a nation with integrity , productivity and innovation in the midst of freedom democratic in the Reformation era. Reformation since 1998 has brought freedom expression and decentralization power , but also gives rise to challenge like corruption , weakness bureaucracy , and low ethics public . This study aims to examine how public values mental revolution implemented through national programs , as well as evaluate challenges and opportunities . The methods used is qualitative with approach studies literature and analysis content to document policies and publications scientific . The results show that although programs such as "Indonesia Serving " and "Indonesia Clean " have run , challenge internalization mark Still strong , especially in matter exemplary elite and roles education . This article recommends strengthening socialization mark through media and formal education , as well as the need system measurable evaluation .?
