Abstract:
Collaborative skills are one of the 21st century skills that students must possess in order to adapt to the demands of the times. Students must have these skills in learning to face a highly complex multicultural working world. This study aims to explore the use of a collaborative learning model integrated with Culturally Responsive Teaching (CRT) in increasing student engagement in history learning. The method used is qualitative to analyze the effectiveness and impact of using collaborative learning integrated with CRT in the context of history learning. The data collected in this study were obtained through a Systematic Literature Review (SLR) using 14 articles from 2020 to 2025 that are relevant to the topic under discussion. The results of this study indicate that the use of collaborative learning integrated with CRT can enhance student engagement in history education. These findings can serve as a foundation for further research in the development and implementation of collaborative models integrated with CRT in history education.
