Abstract:
The objective of the current study is to perform a qualitative content analysis aimed at investigating the elements influencing EFL learning in Uzbekistan. To fulfill this objective, the researcher conducted face-to-face structured interviews with teachers and university students. The four principal categories included factors related to lesson organization, pressure, student engagement, learners' aspiration. This paper focuses on predominant approaches to course design in ESP. It discusses the evolution of approach and evaluates their respective advantages.
