Abstract:
In this scientific work, the modern theoretical and methodological foundations of the formation and design of agricultural lands are analyzed based on a wide range of approaches. The study highlights the issues of assessing the state of agricultural lands, their optimization and consolidation through the integration of advanced technologies such as GIS (geoinformation systems), remote sensing, multi-criteria decision-making (MCDM), AHP, vegetation indices (NDVI, SAVI), and digital mapping. Also, international models such as LUCIS, CLUE-S, and AEZ, the experience of land consolidation implemented in Germany, China, and Japan, as well as practical recommendations for various regions of Uzbekistan, were scientifically analyzed. The work developed a methodology for creating a digital geoportal, a monitoring system, projects based on agro-blocks, and land passports. Based on the results of the analysis, specific proposals and recommendations for scientifically based, efficient, and environmentally safe design of agricultural land have been developed.
