Abstract:
High financial capabilities can lead to family problems when resources are not properly planned, draining the energy of the family head at the expense of the comfort of the children and the wife. This exacerbates economic and family issues, as the economic factor is crucial for family cohesion and meeting its diverse needs and goals. Therefore, it is essential to address these problems by identifying their causes and finding solutions. This research is significant as it tackles a critical societal issue using statistical methods, specifically the log-linear model and contingency tables. The study aims to apply the log-linear model to analyze the binary and triple effects of social factors on Iraqi families, focusing on family problems faced by women. The findings indicate a strong correlation between social status and family problems, with most married women experiencing such issues. To address these challenges, the research recommends holding educational seminars and discussion panels for couples, highlighting key topics to promote proper upbringing and mutual interaction, thereby reducing future family problems as much as possible.
