This study looks at HRM tactics for organizational development, highlighting the value of training initiatives that promote flexibility, employee engagement, and effective communication. It also assesses HRM methods related to organizational development, with a particular emphasis on talent management, ongoing education, and coordinating HR procedures with corporate objectives. The difficulties HR encounters in organizational development are examined, including poor leadership support and communication, as well as organizational development difficulties such cultural mismatch and resource limitations. The importance of involving workers, allocating sufficient resources, and cultivating an inclusive workplace culture are all highlighted in the discussion of organizational development strategies. Additionally, by stressing cooperation and using organizational strengths, the research examines many Organizational development (OD) methodologies, including Action Research and Appreciative Inquiry, which support planned organizational development. Additionally, it discussed how company culture affects employee participation and acceptability in change projects. This thorough examination emphasizes how crucial HRM is to the effective, long-term growth of organizations.
