The aim of the research is to determine the extent to which it is necessary to develop administrative work within the institution, determine the extent to which it is necessary to achieve sustainable development within the institution, and determine the extent to which the institution is able to achieve sustainable development through the development of administrative work. A set of tools was used, the most important of which are Arabic and foreign books, theses, theses and scientific research, and in the practical side, direct interviews with specialized officials of divisions and departments, sample research, observations and inquiries made by the two researchers, and among the most important conclusions reached are not all the work of the committees that have passed the legal period, and the lack of a sound environment for storing data in computerized systems (hard drive, laptop batteries, good internet), and one of the most important recommendations is to work on resolving the issue of committees that have passed the legal period, taking into account the inclusion of at least about three members of the same committee and take into account Specialization (administrative, legal, Financial), which are considered one of the main specialties that must be available in all committees, to provide a sound environment for storing data in computerized systems to avoid damage and destruction by providing (hard drives, laptop computers, and a good internet service to be able to work during official working hours to avoid taking the computer out of the university without obtaining the proper approvals), and that the success of any institution lies in the success of administrative work as a reflective mirror in achieving sustainable development.
