Abstract:
This paper examines the relationship between employee engagement, employee experience and strategic enhancement of Human Resource Management (HRM). According to past studies, the research relied on the human capital theory and self-determination theory. The thematic and comparative analyses were applied to combine the results of current research based on the qualitative and conceptual framework. The findings indicate that strategic improvements to HRM are quite essential in enhancing employee engagement as well as employee experience. The study concludes that HRM services that are strategically upgraded can go beyond being administrative supplies, and become supplies of developing meaningful work experiences and retaining the employees. The proposals emphasize the significance of the participatory HR practices, continuous development, and diversity as the ways to help extract the maximum out of engagement and experience. The research adds value to the theoretical perspectives because it incorporates the perspectives of self-determination and human capital into the engagement-experience discourse to provide a foundation on which future empirical studies may be conducted on the role of HRM in influencing organisational outcomes.
