This objective can be achieved by ensuring that students are taught by highly skilled teachers who possess proficiency in subject matter, pedagogy, classroom management, and assessment.Additionally, instructional leaders play a crucial role in facilitating effective and efficient learning for both students and colleagues. The aim of this study was to evaluate the Leadership competence of School Heads and its impact on teacher performance. Through a descriptive research approach, several conclusions were drawn: The majority of respondents, predominantly female, are in the peak years of their careers, often occupying entry-level teaching positions and holding bachelor's degrees. Assessments by respondents regarding the leadership competence of School Heads in curriculum planning, learning enhancement, instructional material development, and pedagogy consistently rated them as highly competent, indicating their proficiency in fulfilling their roles and responsibilities. Both teachers and School Heads unanimously agreed on the competency of School Heads, leading to the rejection of the null hypothesis.
