The results showed the effectiveness of human resources management participation in the organizational strategy. This contribution has three connotations. First, researchers in both human resources management and strategy can benefit from using the most effective strategy implementation process by involving human resources management in the strategic management of banks in particular or organizations in general, taking into account the proposed mechanisms.
