Abstract:
: This research addresses the necessity for Human Resources Management in firms to utilize sophisticated programs that facilitate professional management and high-quality, intelligent technologies. In this study, they examined the influence of artificial intelligence technologies on the effective planning of Human Resources Management within the firm. We know that the Human Resources Management Department is one of the most significant and useful departments in any organization. It has a big effect on how the organization plans and makes decisions, thus it can't be done without. To show how much artificial intelligence and its programs affect human resources, a random sample of 100 workers in human resources management departments was taken. The statistical programs Alpha Cronbach and the Inova model were employed in the analysis, utilizing arithmetic mean and standard deviation for data evaluation. It was demonstrated whether organizations could operate without Human Resource Management Departments (HRMD) following the implementation of artificial intelligence technologies and programs. The findings indicated a profound interconnection, revealing that the human element remains indispensable in these departments, despite the utilization of artificial intelligence.
