Abstract:
The rapid expansion of higher education in Tanzania has necessitated the adoption of advanced digital solutions to manage increasing student populations and complex administrative workflows. This study presents the design and proposed implementation of CampusMind AI, an intelligent conversational agent developed for Ruaha Catholic University (RUCU). The research addresses critical challenges in information accessibility, administrative delays, and service efficiency within the university's ecosystem.
