Abstract:
This descriptive case study was conducted in Nano for Measurement and Calibration Center, Khartoum State- Sudan to evaluate the impact of implementation of ISO 17025:2017 on laboratories performance sustainability during the period from September 2025 to March 2026. A questionnaire was used as the primary tool for data collection to achieve the study objectives. Thirty-seven questionnaires were distributed to all laboratory employees in Nano for Measurement and Calibration Center, and all employees responded with a percentage of (100.0%). The data were analyzed using the Statistical Package for Social Sciences (SPSS); the methodology applied was the descriptive correlation by using Chi-square test. The study showed that there was a statistically significant relationship between system documentation and laboratories performance sustainability. The study reflected that there was a statistically significant relationship between addressing risks and opportunities, internal audits, and corrective actions for nonconformities and complaints and laboratories performance sustainability. The study concluded that the implementation of ISO 17025 have greatly improvement on the sustainability of laboratories performance in Nano for Measurement and Calibration Center, Khartoum State- Sudan.
