Abstract:
This study seeks to analyze the optimization of marketing risk management through Sharia-based management accounting strategies to enhance stakeholder trust in Islamic Banking in Indonesia. It explores the relationships among marketing risk management, Sharia Conformity and Profitability (SCnP), good corporate governance (GCG), management accounting strategies, and stakeholder trust in the context of Islamic banking institutions. This study employed a qualitative descriptive and analytical research design. Place and Duration of Study: The study was conducted in Islamic Banking in Indonesia over a six-month period, from January to June 2025. Methodology: Data were collected through semi-structured interviews, documentation analysis, and internal risk management reports. Purposive sampling was applied by selecting managerial personnel and stakeholders directly involved in marketing and risk management activities. The SCnP model was utilized to assess the integration of Sharia principles and profitability within marketing risk management practices. Results: The findings indicate that Sharia-based marketing risk management strengthens stakeholder trust by ensuring ethical compliance, reducing marketing uncertainties, and improving the credibility of Islamic financial products. Management accounting strategies enhanced the effectiveness of risk identification and mitigation processes, while the implementation of GCG increased transparency, accountability, and stakeholder assurance. Furthermore, the application of the SCnP model demonstrated that a higher level of Sharia conformity positively contributes to institutional performance and supports long-term stakeholder confidence. Overall, the integration of Sharia-oriented management accounting, adaptive risk management, and sound corporate governance provides a sustainable framework for strengthening stakeholder trust in Islamic banking institutions. The study concludes that the optimization of marketing risk management through Sharia-based management accounting strategies and the implementation of good corporate governance significantly contribute to enhancing stakeholder trust. The integration of Sharia conformity and profitability through the SCnP framework offers a sustainable approach for improving institutional performance and maintaining long-term stakeholder confidence in Islamic banking
