Abstract:
This study examines the impact of continuous learning on employee skill enhancement within organizations, emphasizing its significance in today's dynamic and competitive business environment. The study also discussed the dimensions of continuous learning, which are employee cognition and employee motivation, and the measures of employee skill enhancement are skill acquisition and pre- and post-training assessments. Findings suggest that fostering a culture of continuous learning enhances workforce adaptability, drives performance, and sustains competitive advantage. It also emphasizes the strategic importance of investing in employee development for long-term organizational success.
