Abstract:
This article investigates the scientific, theoretical, and practical dimensions of developing students' professional and spiritual worldview through modern pedagogical methods. In the context of accelerating globalization, digital transformation, and rapidly evolving labor market demands, guiding students toward a professional path alone is no longer sufficient. Educators must also cultivate essential moral and spiritual attributes - including responsibility, honesty, patriotism, social engagement, diligence, initiative, humanism, and a commitment to lifelong self-development. This study examines how student-centered education, competency-based learning, project-based learning, STEAM integration, interactive instructional strategies, digital educational tools, career guidance, and school-family-community collaboration can enrich students' professional and spiritual worldview. The findings demonstrate that a profession should be understood not merely as a source of income, but as a socially responsible vocation oriented toward serving society and the nation. Effective integration of innovative methods, national values, life skills, and digital technologies enables students to develop a conscious attitude toward their future careers, appreciate their social responsibilities, and build enduring moral character. The article concludes with evidence-based recommendations for strengthening the methodological system of professional and spiritual education in general secondary schools.
