Abstract:
This study aims to identify effective mentoring measures to improve the quality of questioning skills demonstrated during microteaching practice. The subjects consisted of 15 students from the Primary School Teacher Education program participating in the microteaching course during the even semester of the 2024/2025 academic year. The study was conducted over two cycles: one prior to and one following the implementation of a clinical supervision mentoring model. Data collection was carried out through performance-based assessments utilizing a questioning skills evaluation rubric. The results indicate that the clinical supervision mentoring model improved the quality of questioning skills by 23.90%, reduced habitual errors in questioning by 69.26%, and increased the frequency of applying questioning skill components by 49.49%.
