Abstract:
This study aims to analyze whether there is a relationship between the use of the Teachers and Education Office Staff platform and teacher performance in Public Elementary Schools (SDN) within the Sukorambi District, Jember Regency. A correlational research design was employed for this study. The research subjects consisted of 19 school principals and 57 teachers, selected using Quota Random Sampling based on criteria regarding teaching experience and technological proficiency. Primary data collection was conducted using a questionnaire instrument that had undergone validity and reliability testing. Once the data were fully collected, they were analyzed using Pearson Product-Moment Correlation and the Coefficient of Determination. The results indicate a positive and significant correlation between the use of the Teachers and Education Personnel office platform and teacher performance (r = 0.468 > 0.05). The coefficient of determination reveals that the use of this platform contributes 21.9% to teacher performance, while 78.1% is influenced by other factors such as school management support, teachers' personal motivation, and other available educational resources.
