Abstract:
During the years of independence in the Republic of Uzbekistan many achievements have been achieved in the sphere of restoration of the legal-democratic state, just civil society, human interests, finding of rights and freedoms as the highest value. All this was achieved through the strict observance of the requirements and principles set out in our Constitution and laws.
