Abstract:
This article discusses about the place of innovational tools in educational system in developing world and usage of these tools while teaching foreign languages. The use of modern interactive teaching tools, multimedia educational products and applications in teaching foreign languages ??is yielding its effect. As well as, by using technical devices educational system is preparing easy teaching methods to tutors while this situation do not demand much work and great myriad of activeness by instructors.
