Abstract:
The article covers the tasks of creation of mathematical model of the process of cottonseed oil evaporation based on equation of heat exchange process. Taking into consideration the peculiarities of evaporation of cottonseed oil, as well as assumptions characteristic of the object under consideration, a mathematical model was obtained in the form of system of differential equations, showing the dependence of temperature change on change in the consumption of direct water vapor. Based on this expression, a computer model has been developed in order to check the adequacy of the model to the real process.
