Abstract:
The study aimed identify the effect of organizational culture on strategy of the organization case study Eldaein University. The study also used the descriptive analytical approach and used the historical approach as a reference. The data collect from the leaders, managers, of Eldaein University. The total number of sample consist from one hundred twenty (120) the researchers has reached several results, the most important of which is that there strong relationship between organization culture and organization strategy in Eldaein University. In light of this, the researcher recommends that the study work hard to implement the rules and regulations to achieve the organization goals.
