Abstract:
The paper focused on the role of strategic planning in achieving organizational justice. The problem was that the human element is the most important axes for the success of institutions in achieving their goals, so in light of the decline in the level of justice within institutions, due to bias, lack of objectivity and variation of procedures followed in human resources departments, organizational justice has become a requirement for individuals in general to ensure stability in the work environment. , and creating the optimal climate to ensure that justice is achieved in distribution, procedures and justice. Perhaps the low application of organizational justice is due to a shortcoming in the application of strategic planning in these institutions. The paper aimed to analyze the relationship between strategic planning and dimensions of organizational justice, and to know the impact of strategic planning on justice in distribution and procedures, and then knowing the relationship between strategic planning and justice in dealing. The importance stemmed from the lack of Sudanese writings that were carried out in the field of studying the relationship between strategic planning and organizational justice, and benefiting from the outputs of the paper in applying strategic planning to achieve organizational justice in Sudanese institutions. Of the most important results that the development of strategic and operational plans, and the choice of strategies in line with the capabilities of internal institutions and external conditions faced in line with its vision, mission and objectives contribute to the achievement of justice and organizational, that the internal environment analysis and external to identify the opportunities and threats, to contribute to the assessment strategy by, reflected on Equity in procedures and distribution. Improving the effectiveness of the elements of control, follow-up, transparency, and the institutions' keenness to invest opportunities in an effective manner contributes to the development of strategic planning and thus organizational justice. The paper recommended the need to pay attention to the development of strategic and executive plans, and to choose strategies in line with the capabilities of internal institutions and the external conditions they face and consistent with their vision, mission and objectives to ensure the achievement of organizational justice, and attention to attracting human resources with the necessary expertise, and developing the capabilities of workers to contribute to the process of implementing plans and programs to achieve justice. In dealing, the necessity of removing the obstacles that limit the application of the dimensions of strategic planning in institutions to raise the level of achieving organizational justice.
