Abstract:
The subject of psychological and social compatibility and its relationship to motivation for achievement is considered due to its importance in human life in general and the life of the learner in particular. Because it is evidence that the individual enjoys good psychological health and related human behavior that includes belonging to society and positive relationships in the family and the learning environment¡Discovering the psychological and social problems that female students suffer from and treating them is one of the research areas that psychologists and sociologists have given great attention to, due to the cumulative nature of these problems and their contribution to poor psychological and social compatibility and lack of achievement, whether in academic, cultural or hobby terms , Behavioral and psychological problems must also be discovered and treated with what is known as positive psychology, based on the premise that self-emotional happiness is not determined by the disappearance of indicators of psychological and social problems only, as the upgrading of psychological and social functions contributes to increasing the motivation for achievement.Where the study aimed to know the identification of psychological and social compatibility and to identify the motivation for achievement and also to know the relationship between psychological and social compatibility and achievement motivation and to identify the impact of each of the specialization and the academic year on psychological and social adjustment and its relationship to the motivation for achievement. The study concluded that motivation for achievement occupies a major position in everything presented by psychology, and therefore it is one of the axes that researchers in several disciplines were interested in. Every behavior has a motive behind it . It recommends the involvement of female students in groups of various types (academic - cultural, creative and other groups that enhance their motivation and achievement, and the inclusion of various educational programs that help female students to achieve competencies in the academic, social and personal aspects.
