Abstract:
The establishment of a local network with integration of instant messaging within a higher and university structure is a necessity to make reliable communication within institutions which will allow them to improve the academic experience of learners. and administrative management thanks to the efficient and rapid communication system. This project will focus on the analysis of specific needs, the evaluation of technical solutions, the implementation of an electronic mail server and an ongoing commitment to training and user support which will indicate a mapped path or model for other higher education and university institutions.
