Title: Resilience in Remote Teaching: Exploring Teachers' Coping Strategies in Distance Learning

Abstract:
The study explored the different experiences of teachers in the conduct of Distance Learning in the City of Malaybalay, Bukidnon, Philippines during the school year 2022-2023. A total of 8 participants took part in the study. Data were gathered from the Interviews. The responses of the participants were collected using an audio recording device. The recorded data were transcribed and significant statements were extracted. The extracted significant statements were coded and thematized to form essence and meaning to the study. The findings of the study revealed that the challenges of the teachers in the implementation of distance learning generated six (6) themes, namely: Innovative Delivery Methods for Learning Materials, Community-Based Support Systems, Technology and Media in Education, Parental and Community Engagement, Parental and Community Engagement, and Educational Budgeting and Resource Allocation.
