Abstract:
Human resources, especially teachers, are components that cannot be replaced. Teachers have a function as productive drivers in organizational activities to achieve specific goals. The importance of human resource management, including education, is emphasized to ensure institutions have the right human resources to fill the required roles, functions, and jobs well. Human resource management includes systems, policies, and practices influencing employees' attitudes, behavior, and performance. This research aims to determine the implementation and impact of human resource development on improving the learning performance of history teachers at Jenggawah High School. The study was conducted at Jenggawah State High School, Jember Regency. This research uses a qualitative approach to examine objective theories by investigating the relationship between variables. This research design uses descriptive qualitative research to explain a situation scientifically.
