Abstract:
Hospital pedagogy is a new and important area of inclusive education that focuses on children who are unable to attend regular school due to long-term illnesses or physical disabilities. The aim of this article is to analyze teachers' attitudes toward hospital pedagogy and to understand their readiness to work with hospitalized or disabled students. The paper reviews theoretical concepts, including social and cognitive theories by scholars such as Lev Vygotsky, Jerome Bruner, and Howard Gardner. It also discusses the challenges teachers face in hospital education and how their motivation, empathy, and professional development can improve inclusive practices. The results of this theoretical study show that teachers' positive attitudes and proper support systems are key to the success of hospital pedagogy.
