Abstract:
In the context of sustainable development, the key role is played by the formation of highly qualified personnel capable of effectively adapting to rapidly changing economic, environmental and social requirements. This article considers an innovative approach to training specialists based on the integration of modern educational technologies, interdisciplinary knowledge and principles of sustainable development. The importance of introducing project-based learning, digital tools and flexible educational programs aimed at developing critical thinking, environmental responsibility and professional mobility is emphasized. The author analyzes the practices of interaction between educational institutions and industrial and scientific partners, which contributes to the formation of competencies that meet the challenges of the time. The presented approach is aimed at creating a sustainable personnel training system capable of ensuring sustainable development at the regional and national levels.
